Having inspected the nail grinder, my dog allowed me to try it out. This nail grinder works so well! I mainly got it to trim my dogs dew claws because he hates the clippers. It worked so well trimming them back and buffing them out. It took maybe 5minutes to do both. And my dog got acclimated to the grinder incredibly fast. He was so unbothered by it. In the picture, the highlighted blue part is an estimate of what his nails looked like before. The black nail is what they look like now.

Finally decided to purchase a grinder for my dog’s nails. Dog has black nails and after cutting the quick with nail cutters, I made the switch. My dog doesn’t like her nails touched so it takes two of us, some coaxing and plenty of treats to get the job done. The grinder itself works well, doesn’t hurt my dog. You do have to stop frequently to make sure nails are not too hot and also to rid of the nail filing dust in-between grinding. Maybe wear a mask. Read the instructions and you should be ok.

My dog puts up a fight and gets very stressed when clipping his claws. After spending time getting him used to the very quiet motor I am working through his claws without him putting up a fight. He still gets stressed but no where as bad. Hopefully overtime he won't get stressed. Well worth the money and very good product.

Just trimmed my dogs nails and then saw you wanted a video. Too late sorry. I was worried that this product would be like so many items advertised on the internet and be rubbish. However it is great. My dog is still a little jumpy when I use it but do much calmer than before. I fully recommend the product. The next test will be how easy it is to buy new heads.
